The Chamber of entrepreneurs in a relatively short period of time has became a strong structure, protecting the business community, the opinion of which has to be taken into account

A member of the Regional Council director of LLP "TNB Agromir" Natalia Paplavets is not for the first year in business. Businesswoman said that she is familiar with all the problems and difficulties faced entrepreneurs on daily basis.

- Natalia Vasilevna, as a person who knows the business, tell us about the role of NCE in development of entrepreneurship?

An entrepreneur has to solve many urgent tasks during the day. There was a time when an entrepreneur was alone under the pressure of problems, and often business was sinking like a ship in a storm. Today, after three years, NCE has become a structure, without which it is simply impossible to imagine the business community. Over the past three years, the Chamber has become a reliable partner and a representative of the business in all areas.

Based on your experience, what can you wish to budding entrepreneurs?

To those, who for whatever reasons doubt in their own abilities, I can say with confidence: "boldly go into battle". Do not be afraid of a start, of course, there will be challenges, but you must learn to voice them. For example, do you have a business idea, but you do not know where to start. Please contact your local Chamber, they are always ready to help, to advise on existing measures of state support of entrepreneurs, they can teach you basics of business, they will provide full support for your project, and will be accompany it to the opening moment.

What should operating entrepreneurs do when they face an administrative barrier?

And here is one piece of advice: please contact the Chamber. With the support of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs business becomes strong, there are real levers to defend their interests. Despite the fairly large business experience, not so long ago and I had to deal with such a problem. In 2015, between LLP "TNB Agromir" and JSC "Trading house "Selhozdetal" (city of Simferopol, Russia) was signed a contract on purchase and sale of spare parts for agricultural machinery. When importing goods, we, in accordance with the law, have paid indirect taxes, VAT. Imagine our surprise when, after a while we got a tax notification, under which we had to withdraw a previously submitted application for the import of goods and payment of indirect taxes in connection with the fact that Kazakhstan didn’t recognize the Republic of Crimea as the territory of the Russian Federation. In addition, the State Revenue Committee asked to provide a cargo customs declaration. However, it was not feasible to fulfill this requirement, since cargo customs declarations are issued for the import of goods from the countries of the Customs Union. Without going into the details of this case, I want to note that the experts of the Chamber have defended our interests in court. They were able to prove that the claims against us were unlawful and rescued us from the penalty. In the face of the Chamber the business has got a reliable partner. I wish NCE continued success in the protection and development of entrepreneurship.
